Fisting

  • Fisting is when you enter a vagina or anus with your whole hand
  • It is also called fistfucking or FF
  • Do you have an STI? Then you can often fist someone. But don't touch your vulva or penis in between.
  • It is good to use gloves when fisting

How does fisting go?

In fisting, you put your whole hand inside someone's vagina or anus. You don't have to make a fist. Many people prefer to have their fingers extended. This makes the hand go in a little easier. You have to go inside someone very carefully. Otherwise you can injure someone.

Are you being fisted in the ass? It is recommended that you first do an anal douching. Then there is usually no more poop in you.

Having sex as a man with another man? Use latex or nitrile gloves to prevent transmission of Hepatitis C.

Does the hand go into your ass? Inhale deeply and exhale the moment the first finger enters your anus.

Are you fisting someone else? Start with 1 finger and slowly add 1 finger. Do not move your fingers too much inside the anus. This way the other person relaxes more easily.

Talk to each other: check if someone is in pain, ask in between if it feels good, and maintain eye contact

Stay alert for signals from your partner, and don't force anything. Ask in between how things are going.

Use plenty of silicone-based or water-based lubricant. Do not use grease. Gloves and condoms cannot withstand it.

How can you fist safely?

Use lots of lubricant. Are you using a glove made of rubber or latex? Then use lube made from silicone or water base. Read more about lubricant. Prefer not to use oil or grease, such as the cooking grease Crisco or Vaseline. Latex gloves and condoms will break from this.

If you are fisting someone: make sure you have short nails with no sharp edges. Never wear rings or bracelets.

It is good to wear (long) gloves made of latex or nitrile. That way, bacteria from under your nails won't get into someone's gut. Or vice versa. Do you fist several people? Put on new gloves with each different sex partner.

Wash your hands and forearms thoroughly with soap and water before and after fisting. And when you change partners. Afterwards, disinfect with hand alcohol for 30 seconds.

Use one jar/bottle of lubricant per person and never share it.

Men who fist with men (especially the "bottom") sometimes have an increased risk of Hepatitis C. Want to know more about this? Then check out NoMoreC.com
