Condoms

Use a condom during anal and vaginal sex.

Using condoms reduces the risk of STIs. And they prevent you from getting pregnant.

Lube

Lube makes it easier for you to have sex and have it longer. Especially during anal sex. But vaginal sex also feels nicer if you use lube.

You are also at a lower risk of getting an STI. You are less likely to get a minor wound. And the condom will not break as easily.

Preferably, use a lube based on water or silicon. Do not use any products containing oil or Vaseline as lube. These can cause the condom to break.
