If you are going to be a self-employer sex worker, you have to arrange a number of things:

Register with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) as a ‘Provider of personal services’
Do you receive clients at home? Check with the municipality to find out if you need a permit to do that. You can phone the municipality, also anonymously.
Get a VAT number from the Tax Authorities. You need it to send invoices and to pay taxes.
Keep records of everything you do. This includes your hours and income
Make sure you work in a safe and hygienic environment

Whether or not you need to apply for a permit to work in a municipality differs per municipality. Ask the municipality where you want to work as a self-employed person.
