- You can have vaginal sex or anal sex
- This can involve a penis or a sex toy.
- Clients usually pay extra for anal sex
- You are at more risk of STIs when fucking than during other types of sex
- If you have anal sex, you are at more risk of an STI than when you have vaginal sex
Vaginally
In vaginal fucking, the penis enters the vagina. That can done in many positions.
For example:
- Missionary position: the person with the vagina lies on their back. The person with the penis lies on top.
- On top: the person with the vagina is on top. In this position, you control how fast you move and how deep the penis enters you. This is a nice position if the client is big or heavy.
- Doggy style: the person with the vagina gets on their hands and knees in front of the person with the penis.
- In this position, the penis usually goes deeper than in other positions. This often makes the person with the penis come quicker.
- A disadvantage is that you can’t properly see what the client does with the condom. You can hold onto the condom with your fingers between your legs.
Anally
In anal fucking, the penis enters the anus. Fucking in the ass or ‘Greek style’ is the same as anal sex.
You can have anal sex in different ways:
- You are the bottom: the client enters you with their penis. You can lay on your back or stomach or sit on the client. Are you sitting on the client? Then you will have more control of the speed and depth
- You are the top: You enter the client. You control the speed and how deep you enter the client
Before having anal sex
Anal sex can be uncomfortable if you don’t know how to do it. Make sure that you already have experience with anal fucking before you start doing it at work. Bear in mind:
- Practice first with someone you trust, like your own partner
- Learn to do it gradually. Learn how to relax your anus so a penis or dildo can enter more easily
- Clean your anus thoroughly with water. If you like, you can also clean the inside of your ass before sex. This is called an anal douche.
- Always use a condom and plenty of lube. Your anus will not become moist on its own

Condoms give good protection against most STIs and pregnancy. That’s why it’s a good idea to use them when you have sex.
Anal douche
Are you eating healthy and do not have any intestinal problems? An anal douche is usually not necessary in that case. Washing the outside of your ass is enough in that case.
You can clean your anus using an anal douche before anal sex. An anal douche is a special bag with water. You squeeze the water into your anus.
By using it, you will have less poop residue and smells. You also reduce the risk of an infection.
Using an anal douche now and then is not bad for your anus. Always use clean water. Do not use soap, salt or other solutions.
Do not use the anal douche too often. It can damage your anus and put you at more risk of getting STIs.

Always use a condom with water-based or silicone-based lube. That makes it easier for the penis to enter. Read more about lube
Put the condom on immediately when the penis is erect. You can also get an STI if the penis touches the outside of the vagina or the anus.
Do you first have anal sex and then vaginal sex? In that case, use a new condom. Otherwise, intestinal bacteria can enter the vagina via the penis. That can lead to infections in your vagina.
Sometimes, clients want to have sex without using a condom. They pay extra for that. Think carefully about whether you want to take that risk.
