Are you new in the Netherlands? And you want to stay? Then you must apply for a residence permit or asylum. Sometimes you also need an authorization for temporary residence.

Is the IND too late to decide on your application or objection? Then you may be entitled to compensation. Read when this is the case

The IND will investigate your complaint. Sometimes an employee will contact you.

You will be notified of the decision within 6 weeks.

If you do not agree with the conclusions of the KvK, you can contact the Nationale Ombudsman (Dutch only). This is an organization that helps you if you have a problem with the government.
